About The Position

This role supports the daily care and learning of children at a child care center. The Assistant Teacher follows licensing guidelines and company standards, helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develops skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
