About The Position

Tutor Time of Mint Hill is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help care for children and support their learning and development. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun and interactive classroom, and developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children. The Assistant Teacher will also communicate effectively with families and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
