About The Position

Cadence Education is hiring an Infant Lead Teacher to provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants. The teacher leads age-appropriate classroom activities and curriculum, supports infants’ curiosity and development through play, and plans a daily schedule that balances rest, active play, and motor-skill development. The role includes collaborating with fellow teachers, communicating daily updates to parents, and modeling kindness and social skills. The teacher is expected to follow Cadence Education’s philosophy, maintain classroom management, and meet applicable state teacher requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• EEC certification.
• Meet all state teacher requirements.
• Experience working as an infant teacher.
• Flexibility to work during business hours.
• Classroom management skills.
