About The Position

The Lead Infant Teacher creates interactive learning experiences and supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The teacher also mentors fellow teachers and engages children in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences.
