Infant Lead Teacher
About The Position
The Infant Lead Teacher provides attentive, compassionate care for infants and creates a safe, clean, welcoming, and engaging classroom. The role supports each child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities and follows daily feeding, diapering, and nap schedules. The teacher builds positive relationships with children and families, maintains open communication with families, and collaborates with fellow teachers and school leadership. The position is with The Goddard School of Medina, a privately owned and operated franchise location.
Requirements
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- ECE or CDA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.
