About The Position

The Learning Experience in Denton is hiring multiple Lead Infant Teachers to lead its infant classroom. Teachers are supported, trained, and appreciated. The role involves caring for infants from 6 weeks to 12 months and working full-time, Monday through Friday, in 8–9-hour shifts scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Compensation is $15–$19 per hour based on experience, with an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $750. The position offers paid time off, paid training, tuition reimbursement toward a degree or CDA, and a path to Assistant Director and Director roles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a teacher in a child care center.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Infant experience.
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, loving classroom for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
• Follow each baby's feeding, diapering, and nap schedule.
• Keep parents updated through the center's mobile app.
