About The Position

Childtime is hiring a Lead Teacher to support children’s learning and development at its child care center. The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers; promotes preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The role also involves building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. Candidates should be energetic, dependable, and passionate, be at least 18 years old, and meet state education requirements and the center’s childcare requirements.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.
