About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

The position requires an energetic, dependable, and passionate individual who is at least 18 years old, has experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans, and can meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements. The Lead Teacher must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
