Daycare Lead Teacher - Creative Kids, N Rainbow Rd.
About The Position
The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers. The role promotes preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and the center's success. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. Compensation is based on position, education, and experience; the listed Lead Teacher rate is $14.30–$14.86. The work week is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
- Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
