About The Position

Happy Valley Child's Kingdom is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan activities that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The role includes helping lead innovative learning activities, ensuring children's safety and well-being, monitoring their development, and creating a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Happy Valley is part of Endeavor Schools, an education management company with more than 100 schools in 14 states. Requirements

A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, are required.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education are essential.

Nice To Haves

An associate degree is preferred.
2–5 years of experience is preferred.
