About The Position

Childtime is hiring a Lead Teacher to support preschool children’s learning and development. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow Teachers, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families. Candidates should be energetic, dependable, passionate, at least 18 years old, and able to meet state education requirements and the center’s childcare requirements. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. Compensation ranges from $17.36 to $18.03, based on position, education, and experience. The work week is Monday through Friday. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
