About The Position

Childtime is hiring a Lead Teacher to support preschool children’s learning and development. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum, and following licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
