About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at Childtime of Stow. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing the ability to observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. Extensive training is provided on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
