About The Position

We are looking for an Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. This role involves creating a nurturing environment for infants, developing age-appropriate curriculum, communicating with parents, and guiding play and activities to foster curiosity and safety. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with babies and have experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
Previous preschool lead teacher experience (a must!).
