About The Position

The Learning Experience in Astoria is seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join their team. This is a key role in their center, responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for their youngest learners. They are looking for someone who is not only experienced with infants, but who truly understands the importance of early development and brings patience, consistency, and warmth into the classroom every day. At The Learning Experience, they make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Their curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of their nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, they’ve created a full cast of characters that become their little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
