Infant Lead Teacher
About The Position
Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division operates nearly 150 schools, offering programs from infant care through Pre-K/K, as well as summer camp and after-school services. These schools are located nationwide and utilize diverse pedagogical approaches, including their proprietary Links to Learning curriculum, Montessori methods (AMI and AMS), and language immersion programs. Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher to join their team. The infant program aims to provide a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and achieve developmental milestones while feeling secure and supported.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completed 2-year degree or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or child development
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
