About The Position

Build high-end architectural stairs and rails. Lead crews. Deliver precision.

Requirements

• 5+ yrs metal/stair/rail installation
• Crew leadership experience
• Blueprint reading & layout skills
• Welding & finishing experience
• OSHA 10+
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic & problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 person installation crews
• Install stairs, rails, and misc. metals
• Perform layout (FF, BM, control lines)
• Ensure alignment, level, and finish quality
• Interface with GCs and jobsite teams
• Maintain safety and productivity
