This opportunity provides high-level technical assistance and guidance for multi-site/phase due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, improvement, and construction of transit and rail infrastructure projects and systems in both the public and private sectors. The role involves tasks such as research, design, concept development, planning, and construction of various rail and transit facilities, including track systems, alignment geometry, grade crossings, bus rapid transit, tunnels, bridges, utility relocation, drainage, earthworks, grading, information modeling, loading, maintenance of equipment (MOE) and maintenance of way (MOW) yards, and power substations and cabling. The position requires substantiating reports and documentation to advise on material, installation, design, and construction specifications, ensuring that all responsibilities are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, safety, and functionality.
