The Site Operations Lead provides elevated operational and administrative support to the Customer Service Manager while continuing to perform Site Coordinator duties. This individual plays a key leadership role in ensuring congregate dining sites across the San Diego region operate with efficiency, excellence, and alignment to the Serving Seniors brand, whether in senior centers, recreation centers, or other community partner spaces. The Site Operations Lead is obsessed with the client experience and committed to upholding high standards across all dining sites. They are responsible for administrative documentation, supporting progress toward County meal targets, mentoring peer Site Coordinators, helping identify new site locations, and improving day-to-day workflows. The Lead also serves as a liaison between sites and leadership, ensuring issues are resolved and communication flows smoothly across the department.
