Lead ServiceNow Developer
About The Position
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lead ServiceNow Developer. This is a 12-month contract position located in Charlotte, NC. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk, Issues, Audit, and Policy & Compliance. You will act as the technical authority for ServiceNow IRM solutions across the Technology Controls organization, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology stakeholders to translate control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will provide oversight on platform architecture, integrations, and data models to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and lead and mentor junior engineers and developers, performing code reviews and enforcing best practices. Additionally, you will manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption, ensuring proper configuration, customization, and workflow automation while minimizing technical debt. You will support regulatory exams, internal audits, and risk assessments by providing ServiceNow reporting and data insights, and enforce security, access controls, and SDLC governance requirements. Collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and platform teams across Client is also a key part of this role.
Requirements
- Hands on Experience in ServiceNow development and engineering experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Module (IRM).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
- Experience designing workflows, flows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and notifications.
- Proven experience working in large, complex, regulated enterprise environments.
- Understanding of technology controls, operational risk, audit, and compliance concepts.
Responsibilities
