About The Position
Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Lead ServiceNow Developer (Third Party Risk Management) Position Type: Full-time (Contract) Duration: 12+ Months Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX / Concord, CA As a ServiceNow Development Lead, you will: Lead ServiceNow TPRM design, development, and enhancements. Configure vendor onboarding, risk assessment, due diligence, and remediation workflows. Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Security, and Technology teams. Build integrations with internal and external vendor risk systems. Design workflows aligned with regulatory and enterprise risk requirements. Support platform architecture and ServiceNow best practices. Manage upgrades, enhancements, and production support. Create dashboards, reports, metrics, and risk insights. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and control standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow TPRM or Vendor Risk Management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Proven experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with Third-Party Risk, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or Audit functions.
- Strong knowledge of vendor risk lifecycle and governance processes.
- Strong knowledge of: Business Rules Script Includes Glide APIs Client Scripts Flow Designer Integration Hub
Responsibilities
