About The Position

RIGHTECH is seeking a Lead Security Technician to work in St. Louis, Missouri. The role involves leading technicians onsite and teaching them as needed, while installing security systems and related devices. Work takes place in commercial and new-construction environments. The position is contract-to-hire or direct hire, with an ASAP start date. Some overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Lenel or Genetec is preferred.
• Provide required PPE: hardhat, high-visibility vest, gloves, steel-toed boots, and goggles.
• Have basic cabling hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians onsite.
• Teach technicians as needed.
• Install access control systems and devices, including mag locks, card readers, door strikes, request-to-exit (REX) devices, and monitoring systems.
• Install cameras.
• Install and terminate Cat5/Cat6 cables.
• Read blueprints.
