About The Position

The Lead Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment at assigned client sites by providing lead direction, guidance, and leadership to Security Officers on assigned shifts. The role observes and reports activities and incidents to protect client property and personnel, preserves order, and may enforce site regulations and directives relating to personnel, visitors, and premises. The position is presented as a next step for people with security-industry experience and as an introduction to a career in security for those without it.

Responsibilities

Provide lead direction, guidance, and leadership to Security Officers at assigned client sites and on assigned shifts.
Observe and report activities and incidents to support the security and safety of client property and personnel.
