About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring an energetic, dependable, and passionate Lead School Age Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The teacher develops fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers; supports children's social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The role also involves building sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children's achievement and support the center's success.

The position involves working with children indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with them. Candidates must meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements, hold a valid driver's license, maintain a safe and violation-free driving record, and be flexible regarding work hours and schedule. Requirements
