General Responsibilities: The Account Manager will work closely with (FORD) and internal teams to support commercial activity related to Suspenion: Shocks/Struts and other chassis products. Inherit a well-established Tier 1 account with Ford. Account management responsibilities include acting as a main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and summaries, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to manage commercial activity related to the suspension products. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and open to learning suspension/chassis product specifications and manufacturing processes to communicate confidently with knowledgeable customers.
