As a Lead Sales Executive – Territory Mobility, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing complex customer relationships and delivering AT&T mobility solutions that align with customers’ strategic business priorities. In this senior‑level role, you’ll generate new opportunities while expanding and retaining existing accounts through a consultative, relationship‑led approach. You’ll lead sophisticated sales engagements, execute effective sales strategies, and stay current on market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Success in this role requires advanced sales expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a higher‑than‑average quota or territory with minimal supervision while consistently delivering results. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $180,300 – $230,500. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $400,000 or more for high achievers. Sales employees will focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.
