About The Position

As a Lead Sales Executive – Territory Mobility, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing complex customer relationships and delivering AT&T mobility solutions that align with customers’ strategic business priorities. In this senior‑level role, you’ll generate new opportunities while expanding and retaining existing accounts through a consultative, relationship‑led approach. You’ll lead sophisticated sales engagements, execute effective sales strategies, and stay current on market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Success in this role requires advanced sales expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a higher‑than‑average quota or territory with minimal supervision while consistently delivering results. Join our expanding AT&T Territory Sales team and unlock exceptional earning potential! Our compensation package features a competitive base salary plus a performance‑based commission structure. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $180,300 – $230,500. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $400,000 or more for high achievers. Sales employees will focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

Requirements

  • Consultative selling expertise: Ability to assess customer priorities and position AT&T solutions that address strategic business needs.
  • Strategic sales execution: Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Complex deal leadership: Experience managing large, multi‑stakeholder sales engagements from opportunity through close.
  • Analytical problem‑solving: Strong ability to analyze data, evaluate sales opportunities, and resolve complex challenges.
  • Effective communication: Ability to clearly present solutions and influence customers and internal partners.
  • B2B sales experience: 8+ years of related sales experience with demonstrated success managing complex customer accounts.
  • Advanced sales acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
  • Leadership capability: Experience mentoring or supporting other sellers, leading initiatives, or introducing new solutions.
