The Lead Recruiter supports key HQ functions and plays a pivotal role in hiring talent with enterprise-wide impact. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will operate as a senior recruiting expert, providing strategic consulting to senior leaders, shaping senior leader hiring strategy, and driving consistency, quality, and rigor across the senior-level recruiting process. You will develop market-informed talent strategies, elevate interviewing excellence, uphold TA standards, and serve as the operational peer leader across the recruiting team. This role blends talent advisory work, structured governance, and hands-on recruiting for high-visibility, high-impact positions.
