About The Position

The duties of the recruiter will include sourcing, screening, hiring, and retaining qualified healthcare professionals to meet the office and business needs. The Recruiter develops relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources to determine open needs, successful placements, and identifies additional business opportunities. The recruiter will act as a brand ambassador, bringing the company culture to life through every candidate's touchpoint. They will help candidates understand not only what the role entails, but also what it's like to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Any other duties/tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years related recruiting and interviewing experience is required.
  • Must adhere to the company attendance and reliability guidelines, which are essential functions of the job to ensure quality, and consistent patient care.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, hiring, and retaining qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Developing relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources to determine open needs and successful placements.
  • Identifying additional business opportunities.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, bringing the company culture to life through every candidate's touchpoint.
  • Conducting phone interviews with new applicants.
  • Scheduling in-person interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Completing reference checks and background screenings.
  • Extending offers of employment.
  • Placing employment ads appropriately with guidance from operations teams.
  • Maintaining related advertising reports.
  • Accepting applicant/employee phone calls and providing information about current job opportunities.
  • Acting as a liaison with area employment agencies, advertising agencies, temporary agencies, and local resources.
  • Maintaining consistent open communication with scheduling supervisors and other hiring managers to keep them apprised of recruitment activities and new hires.
  • Adhering to company attendance and reliability guidelines.
  • Helping candidates understand the role and the company culture.
  • Performing any other duties/tasks as assigned.
