Requirements

Minimum 4 years of related recruiting and interviewing experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals to meet office and business needs.
Develop relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources to determine open needs, successful placements, and identify additional business opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company culture in all candidate interactions.
Conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews, complete reference checks and background screenings, and extend offers of employment.
Place employment ads and maintain related advertising reports.
Respond to applicant/employee phone calls and provide information about job opportunities.
Act as a liaison with employment agencies, advertising agencies, temporary agencies, and local resources.
Maintain open communication with hiring managers regarding recruitment activities and new hires.
Adhere to company attendance and reliability guidelines to ensure quality patient care.
Help candidates understand the role and the company's collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Perform any other duties/tasks as assigned.
