Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of related recruiting and interviewing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals to meet office and business needs.
  • Develop relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources to determine open needs, successful placements, and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company culture in all candidate interactions.
  • Conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews, complete reference checks and background screenings, and extend offers of employment.
  • Place employment ads and maintain related advertising reports.
  • Respond to applicant/employee phone calls and provide information about job opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison with employment agencies, advertising agencies, temporary agencies, and local resources.
  • Maintain open communication with hiring managers regarding recruitment activities and new hires.
  • Adhere to company attendance and reliability guidelines to ensure quality patient care.
  • Help candidates understand the role and the company's collaborative, mission-driven environment.
  • Perform any other duties/tasks as assigned.
