About The Position

K&G Fashion Superstore is hiring a Lead Receiving Associate to perform receiving and merchandise-processing duties. The role involves monitoring the receiving process, ensuring merchandise is accurately processed and placed, recording receiving information, maintaining paperwork, and following company procedures for returns, transfers, and damaged merchandise. The position requires standing and walking for most of the shift, frequent bending, squatting, and twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies. Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and productivity of the receiving process.
Ensure merchandise is correctly checked in, ticketed, hung, folded, tagged, and delivered to the proper staging or selling-floor area daily.
Enter receiving information accurately and promptly in the Store Receiving and Transfer (SRT) System and Manager’s Workstation.
Maintain receiving paperwork and files.
Process returns to vendor (RTVs), transfers, and damaged merchandise accurately and promptly according to company procedures.
Ensure proper receiving procedures are followed to eliminate or control inventory shortages and overages.
