About The Position

The Lead, Radar Simulation and Algorithms Engineer provides technical leadership in the architecture, development, and validation of high-fidelity radar simulations and advanced RF sensing algorithms for next-generation multifunction RF sensor products. The role translates mission and system requirements into simulation architectures and uses modeling, analysis, and algorithm evaluation to guide design decisions, optimize performance, and reduce technical risk. The position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership. Responsibilities include establishing technical roadmaps, leading design reviews, mentoring engineers, and supporting program execution and proposal development. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer-focused capabilities. The Agile Development Group develops technologies for advanced unmanned air systems, radar systems, weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies.
