About The Position

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is hiring a Lead Production to direct the safe and efficient operation of a department while performing simple production operations. The role monitors and drives plant performance indicators and aligns priorities with production demand. The posting describes both a first-shift schedule of Monday through Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as required, and a weekend schedule of Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in tube mill and/or roll-forming process functions.
• 1 to 3 years involved with mill setups and manufacturing processes.
• Experience using special measuring devices, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Ability to effectively manage people, personalities, and challenges.
• Ability to train employees in safe and proper mill-equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to meet negotiated timeframes in an organized and effective manner to support customer demands.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
• Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to understand and use job terminology.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail, daily problem-solving ability, and dedication to completing projects with quality and consistency.
• Flexibility with production hours.

Responsibilities
