About The Position

Overall Purpose: This role leads a large‑scale, business‑critical transition program moving enterprise marketing operations from a legacy platform to a modern platform ecosystem. The program spans multiple phases, requires parallel operations during transition, and must be executed with no disruption to active business campaigns. The role is fundamentally about program leadership, execution discipline, and risk management, not hands‑on platform configuration. Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired

Responsibilities

  • Program & Delivery Strength: Experience leading large, complex, cross‑functional programs
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Proven ability to structure work and drive accountability
  • Operational & Risk Mindset: Experience delivering programs where downtime or errors have real business impact
  • Strong risk identification and mitigation skills
  • Familiarity with phased or parallel system transitions
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Able to coordinate across teams that do not report to them
  • Experienced working with external partners or vendors
  • Clear, confident communicator at multiple leadership levels
  • Learning Agility: Able to ramp quickly on new domains, systems, and processes
  • Does not need deep prior experience in specific tools
  • Asks the right questions and connects execution dots quickly
