About The Position

Vail Resorts is hiring a Lead Product Sales team member for the winter seasonal 2026/2027 season. The role supports the resort guest experience by facilitating sales of services such as lift passes, lessons, and childcare. The Lead Product Sales team member leads daily sales operations, assists with hiring and training, supports team performance, resolves guest concerns, and maintains sales facilities, equipment, and inventory. The position offers a starting wage of $21.50–$26.88 per hour. Full-time hours are available, and housing is available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or ticket sales.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must communicate fluently in English.
Must be able to work both inside and outside, with exposure to the elements.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Lead daily product sales operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and sales supervision.
Assist with hiring, supporting, and training product sales team members in daily operations.
Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior, providing feedback and direction, recognition, corrective action, or escalation as needed.
Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
