•$175,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Playlist is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve the Identity Platform strategy across Mindbody’s ecosystem. The role is responsible for creating seamless, safe account creation, login, and relationship-management experiences for consumers, while equipping staff users with tools to help clients access accounts and secure their own access. The position calls for deep Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise, a consumer-grade UX mindset, and the ability to balance enterprise workflow stability with usability. The identity systems must support millions of end users and thousands of business customers across multiple SaaS applications. The role includes end-to-end product ownership, cross-functional alignment across product teams, work with design and UX writing partners, and communication of strategy, risks, and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate has substantial product management experience, including several years focused on IAM, authentication, or security platforms, and has owned identity for both B2B enterprise and consumer products. Playlist describes the role as an opportunity to shape identity experiences for wellness consumers and business owners worldwide, at the intersection of consumer experience, enterprise security, and platform architecture.
