  • Strong customer orientation and experience translating customer and market insights into scalable product solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable partnering with Engineering and Architecture on complex technical topics and evaluating the customer and business tradeoffs of different approaches.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect complex dependencies, and bring structure and clarity to challenging product problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating recommendations, business outcomes, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for building products that solve meaningful customer problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching or expanding enterprise software products across multiple countries or regions.
  • Understanding of global HR concepts, localization, privacy, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience with enterprise data, APIs, integrations, shared platform capabilities, or large-scale SaaS architectures.
  • Experience with product modernization, platform transformation, or customer migration initiatives.
  • Experience developing capabilities that are shared or reused across multiple products and customer experiences.
  • Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience conducting competitive and market analysis to identify product opportunities and inform prioritization.
