The Lead Product Manager, Omnichannel Personalization, owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional, and highly complex products that may span multiple product groups. The role manages product backlogs, prioritizes work, and makes product decisions based on customer and stakeholder needs. It identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy, oversees multiple product designs, and partners with the business to understand challenges and develop go-to-market strategies. The position drives products through their lifecycle and sets standards for building usable, viable, and feasible products. It defines product direction, long-term plans, objectives and key results (OKRs), and quarterly roadmaps in partnership with product teams and business partners. In the omnichannel personalization domain, it aligns priorities across customer data, decisioning, journey orchestration, and channel activation, and promotes reusable capabilities and coordinated customer experiences across channels. The Lead Product Manager leads cross-functional execution, influences product and engineering priorities, and aligns stakeholders around shared priorities and dependencies. It establishes product analytics and measurement, including metrics for customer outcomes and incremental impact across channels, and uses data, experimentation, competitive products, and industry trends to guide product plans and priorities. The position is based at Lowe’s on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte region. Lowe’s Flex Office concept requires in-person work two days per week at the Charlotte Tech Hub, and most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.
