About The Position

Juniper Square is hiring an experienced product manager to lead a large, technically complex product area that cuts across teams in its growing global R&D organization. The specific area will be determined during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and business priorities. The role owns a business or product domain end to end, shaping its vision and roadmap and driving organizational adoption, with a high bar for quality and security and direct impact on company growth. The successful candidate will operate autonomously, bring first-principles thinking and a client-first approach, and engage actively in technical discussions. An engineering background is not required. Juniper Square is an operations partner for private markets, combining technology, data, and fund administration services. The company supports more than 2,300 GPs, has over $300 billion under administration and more than 700,000 LPs on its platform, and is embedding intelligence across workflows with its JunieAI platform. Founded in 2014, Juniper Square has more than 1,000 employees and operates across the U.S., Canada, India, Luxembourg, and England, with offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Employees may work fully remotely or from a physical office. The position includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The U.S. base salary range is $200,000–$230,000; actual salary depends on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, location, and local minimum pay requirements.
