About The Position

Foxit is hiring a founding Technical Product Manager to connect Product, Go-to-Market, and Engineering teams across continents. The role will bring customer feedback from Alpharetta GTM teams and enterprise clients to engineering centers in China and Asia-Pacific, translating customer needs into clear, technically feasible requirements in English and Mandarin. The initial focus is the Foxit Editor platform roadmap, with the remit expected to expand to other Foxit SaaS products as business priorities evolve.

The role partners with Engineering and Architecture to assess feasibility, manage trade-offs, and influence design decisions; works with Alpharetta GTM teams to surface customer insights; and defines success metrics, leads release planning, and measures post-launch customer impact. It will also develop scalable cross-regional communication frameworks for global product design and delivery. Regular travel to Alpharetta is expected, approximately one week per month.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, including the ability to communicate technical detail to developers in Mandarin.
• Strong technical acumen in APIs, SDKs, cloud architecture, data flow, and agile methods.
• Proven ability to translate between customer needs and engineering realities.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and bridging cultural and time-zone divides.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Alpharetta, approximately one week per month.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with document workflow, PDF editing, or SaaS developer tools.
• Background in software engineering or technical architecture.
• Experience supporting GTM and product alignment across the US and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Align Product, Engineering, and GTM functions around a shared roadmap as the founding technical bridge across global teams.
• Translate enterprise customer needs captured by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into clear, technically feasible requirements for China-based engineering teams.
• Communicate technical detail in Mandarin with developers to preserve context and priority alignment, close feedback loops faster, and reduce misinterpretation.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to validate technical feasibility, manage trade-offs, and influence design decisions.
• Work with GTM teams in Alpharetta to surface customer insights and turn them into product improvements.
• Define success metrics, lead release planning, and champion post-launch measurement to ensure customer impact.
• Build scalable frameworks for cross-regional communication and global product design and delivery.
• Initially own the Foxit Editor platform roadmap, with potential expansion to other Foxit SaaS products as business priorities evolve.
