This role is responsible for building the reporting layer that makes the impact of earned media and GEO (AI search visibility) provable, repeatable, and client-ready. The Lead Product Manager will own the methodology, metrics, and reporting experiences to help clients understand the impact of their published content. This includes defining KPIs, developing client-facing dashboards, and expanding the reporting suite over time, starting with AI search visibility and moving towards a comprehensive view of content performance across channels. The role involves close collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams. It is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy.
