About The Position

Zoom is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the evolution and expansion of our Carrier Platform. This role is pivotal to unlocking the platform’s potential. You will build scalable frameworks, APIs, and services that enable third-party applications and partners to seamlessly leverage Zoom’s global telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in real-time communications. You also have an experienced sense of business strategy, product vision, and execution.

Requirements

  • Apply deep knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, and real-time media architecture.
  • Have experience owning products end-to-end with tight connection to customers and business
  • Define and deliver high-availability, low-latency systems at a global scale.
  • Collaborate effectively across technical and business teams to drive outcomes.
  • Use data and metrics to inform decisions and measure platform success.
  • Communicate clearly and influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Bring familiarity with voice recognition, speech analytics, or text-to-speech technologies.
  • Hold equivalent practical experience in product management or engineering leadership.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Building meaningful relationships with carriers and vendors to align on shared product outcomes.
  • Using data insights to prioritize initiatives that improve performance and business impact.
