About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape our web experiences across internal support and onboarding tools, along with customer-facing analytics dashboards. This role connects internal operations with customer value, helping teams work more efficiently while delivering clear, actionable insights. Working closely with the Product and Engineering team, you’ll turn complex problems into scalable, high-quality solutions. You’ll design for real-world edge cases while maintaining a strong bar for clarity, performance, and craft. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor other designers and use design to drive outcomes like team efficiency, smoother onboarding, and better customer understanding.
