About The Position

Treehouse Learning Center, a Gold-rated Step Up To Quality childcare center in Gahanna, Ohio, is hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of children ages 3–4. The role involves providing a structured, warm classroom environment with high standards. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Pay is competitive and based on experience and credentials.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of preschool experience.
• Ohio Career Pathway Level 3+, a CDA, or an ECE degree.
• Experience writing lesson plans.
• Strong parent communication skills.
• Verifiable dependability.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet Ohio licensing requirements.

• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish consistent classroom routines and smooth transitions.
• Write and teach weekly lesson plans.
• Observe and document children’s progress in Teaching Strategies GOLD®.
• Lead the assistant teacher.
• Partner with families daily.
