About The Position

This role is responsible for leading stakeholder engagement, project cost management, planning, and operational readiness across complex project portfolios. The individual drives delivery performance by applying structured methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and embedding industry best practices across planning, estimating, and execution.

• Promote safety performance and continuous improvement across project delivery.
• Provide forecasting insights to identify opportunities, manage risks, and improve cost predictability.
• Define project objectives and translate business drivers into integrated plans.
• Identify critical activities, dependencies, and implementation pathways across complex portfolios.
• Monitor and mitigate risks through proactive planning and data-driven insights.
• Continuously improve planning practices, leveraging data analytics and industry methodologies.
• Develop and implement operational readiness strategies, plans, and deliverables.
• Ensure systems, processes, and controls meet governance, compliance, and industry standards.
• Define and manage handover requirements to enable seamless transition to operations.
• Integrate safety, risk, and change management into readiness frameworks to enhance outcomes.
