About The Position
The Lead Therapist PT assists with the operation and fiscal activities of the physical therapy department. The role supports department quality, safety, and efficiency, helps develop and supervise staff, provides education, participates in marketing, and manages daily departmental operations.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing.
- Associate’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety, and efficiency of the department.
- Assist with hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees.
- Provide educational in-services and participate in marketing activities.
- Manage daily departmental activities related to budget, staffing, supplies, Medicare, and other payment utilization.
