About The Position
The Lead Therapist PT is responsible for assisting with the operation and fiscal activities of physical therapy. The role supports department operations and helps improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of its services.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing.
- Associate’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop systems and processes to improve departmental operating quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist with hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees.
- Provide educational in-services and participate in marketing activities.
- Manage daily departmental activities related to budget, staffing, supplies, Medicare, and other payment utilization.
