A facility near Plainview, Texas, is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist Lead for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The lead assists the Director of Therapy Operations with daily operations, supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management. Requirements

Current state-required licensure or certification.
CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
At least 3 years of physical therapy or leadership experience, including at least 2 years of clinical experience.
