About The Position

A facility near Plainview, Texas, is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist Lead for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role assists the Director of Therapy Operations with daily department operations, staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management. The Physical Therapist Lead also provides direct patient care for 80–90% of working hours, including patient evaluations, assessments, care planning, and treatment. The position includes mentoring and developing therapy staff while promoting clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current state-required licensure or certification.
• CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• At least 3 years of physical therapy or leadership experience, including at least 2 years of clinical experience.
