Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Partnerships Manager to join our Customer Experience organization within the Partnerships group. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and client success—coordinating broker onboardings and FIX connectivity efforts, driving complex multi-system implementations for enterprise investment managers, and ensuring each Ridgeline customer gains timely, robust access to critical trading venues. As Ridgeline scales rapidly, this hire will be essential to managing the growing complexity of broker certifications, international trading connectivity, and fixed income integrations. You will work closely with industry leaders, manage FIX certifications and onboardings, and contribute to an integrated trading ecosystem that powers modern investment workflows. In this role, you’ll use cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools, to streamline technical documentation, build out foundational processes for scalable implementations, and elevate support efficiency.
