Clair's business is built on deep, strategic integrations with the platforms that power how Americans work and get paid. As a Partnerships Lead, you'll own and drive some of our most important partner relationships — acting as a voice in how we grow, deepen, and scale those integrations over time. This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You'll work directly with Clair's partnerships and growth leadership to shape partnership strategy, own a portfolio of key accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for partners at all levels — including executive stakeholders. You'll bring both the strategic thinking to identify what's possible and the operational follow-through to make it happen. If you're someone who thrives on thinking commercially, bringing clarity to complex situations, building relationships, and driving initiatives forward with a high degree of ownership, you'll be right at home in this role.
